Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula:
For purchases, amounts below €50, shipping costs €4.90 (taxes included). All purchases worth €50 or more will not incur shipping costs.
Shipments to Islands:
For purchases, values less than € 59.90, shipping costs € 9 taxes included. All purchases with values equal to or greater than € 59.90 will not have shipping costs.
Comments
- Orders placed on holidays will be counted as being placed on the next business day.
- The estimated delivery time is 24/48 working hours from the moment it leaves the warehouse with some exceptions.
- All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be managed from the next day, including urgent ones.
- Holidays do not count as delivery days.
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays or holidays, there are places where it is delivered on Saturdays, but we can only guarantee deliveries from Monday to Friday.
NO MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS COMMUNICATED BY EMAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED. YOU MUST CONTACT 9 AM CUSTOMER SUPPORT. at 3 p.m. MONDAY TO FRIDAY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER. IN CASE OF A WEEKEND, YOU MUST COMMUNICATE ON MONDAY. OTHERWISE, THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED NORMALLY.
